The winner will be selected based on their ability to drive business growth, innovation, and sustainability, while also demonstrating a strong commitment to social responsibility, employee engagement, and community and also towards Ghana's development.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this award, the nominee must:
1. Be a female CEO in private or public institution or equivalent of a registered organization in Ghana.
2. Have been in their current role for at least two years.
3. Demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, and innovation.
4. Show a strong commitment to social responsibility, employee engagement, and community development.
5. Have made significant contributions to the growth and development of their organization and also Ghana's development.
Evaluation Criteria
Nominees will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. Leadership and Vision (30%): Ability to inspire and motivate employees, stakeholders, and customers.
2. Innovation and Entrepreneurship (20%): Ability to drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and growth within the organization.
